When I first started training with Kevin, I had recently suffered a serious knee injury, which, I was told, would prevent me from running again. As a result, I relied on my other leg for everything from standing to walking; this led to the muscles in my injured leg completely atrophying. In the year that I have trained with Kevin, I have been able to gain back all lost muscle mass, and am currently continuing to build all over strength. Even though I am a remote client, Kevin is extremely responsive and always encouraging. The progress I have made in working with him is solely because he is such an amazing trainer and he quite literally knows what he is doing.

A lot of things that were really chronic cleared up over the last year… My high hammy is no longer there, my plantar fasciaitis is no longer there… I feel so much better, my back feels so much better, my glutes feel so much better, when I get in and out of the car I used to be scared of how I would feel getting in and out of the car before I started doing your stuff. I feel really good, just so you know.

Tough conditions but it went well! 20 minute power was up and power on the rises was good. The off the bike work has been the icing on the cake for me! Second place. 😆
Shoulder feels stronger. It’s not bothering me. Range is better. Noticing improvement in hip mobility. Noticing it all on the bike!

That right hip really fatigues on the hip drops. Overall I am doing good as far as the knee pain but definitely still got things to work on and I think we are on to something with the things you have me doing…
