Movement Screen
As a stand-alone option, athletes will schedule a remote movement screen, or in-person in Highlands Ranch or Boulder. We will break down the screen and provide a narrated version (breaking down each movement) along with 6 weeks of programming. The athlete will have an initial series of corrective actions and a progression of the selection at the 2-4 week mark.
