 Kevin is absolutely the best trainer that I know.  For someone that has been regular at the gym for most of my life, I thought I knew how to take care of myself.  I was wrong.  As soon as I started working with Kevin, I immediately saw the benefit.  Initially it came in a way of him recognizing my style and level of knowledge.  Then he started to give me guidance to improve the exercises that I knew already. 

From there, we started to focus on my mobility.  At 6’7” and 47 years of wear and tear, I had mobility issues in my back.  K. quickly recognized both my lower back, upper back, and my shoulder issues.  He gave me specific mobility exercises for these areas.  I saw positive impact after the first day, but the third week, I was a completely different man. 

From there, we went into a Kevin directed workout routine.  He started to add new exercises that I have never done before.  They started to break down my muscles differently than before, therefore, I started to see progress.  It gave me motivation to work more, which kept fueling the progress that I was seeing.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Kevin Purvis, of KP Performance.  He was the key factor in my return to function.  One morning I woke up and had tremendous pain in my leg, and was barely able to walk.  I had a few visits to the chiropractor without a lot of success.  Kevin not only found out what my problem was but he gave me several exercises to help me get back on track.  He checked in weekly and worked with me until I was able to have full use of my leg, and get back into the gym.  I am so grateful for his help. -Beth S.
